Lebanese diva Maya Diab is adding a new skill to her career portfolio! You can now call the singer and model an “actress” too!
Maya travelled to Egypt this week, where she met with Egyptian actor Ahmad Al Sakka, whom she’ll be starring with in an Arabic movie of a different kind.
The film will be entirely-spoken in English, which shouldn’t come as a problem to the multilingual Maya.
Although she’s already held a work meeting with her co-star, the script is still in its writing stages, reported Elaph news.
The talented starlet said that she’ll be meeting with Al Sakka again once he’s done with filming his new TV series “Al Jazeerah” (The Island).
The round of extensive work meetings will also include the film’s director and producer.
In other drama news, the blonde bombshell confirmed that she’ll be playing the leading female role in Amr Diab’s “Al Shuhra” (Fame), which has now been postponed until 2015!
