Maya Diab never seems to be afraid to speak her mind. This time she’s the one and only celeb standing up to her co-patriot colleague Elissa about the highly controversial comments she made recently at a concert, according to Sayidaty.net.
Elissa allegedly made a statement on stage about the bombing in the Southern Lebanese area Al Ruwais, which caused criticism from fans all around, saying it was totes inapprope. The songstress says she has no regrets about the words said because the tragic incident has affected all Lebanese peeps.
Maya’s stance on the subject, however, is against Elissa’s. Her best superstar advice: she should have just used her voice to sing at the concert and kept her lips sealed about all else.
