Sometimes it's hard to be a famous actress, as Mervat Amin has found out on latest shoot 'Madrasat Al Ahlam' (School of Dreams.) Filming has been stopped and according to rumors online, cast and crew are on strike until they receive their pay packets.
Producer, Osama Rashed, has denied reports that he's not paying them and says the TV drama will be out as usual for the coming Ramadan season in Egypt. Maybe Rashed has got the revolutionary zeal and is trying to give his staff a taste of the Egyptian job market?
The drama will also star Lutfi Labib, Sami Maghawi, Alaa Mursi and Jihan Qamri and is written by Ahmad Atta, with direction from Adel Qatab.
