Algerian Singer Cheb Mami received last Thursday the international music award from Monaco Prince Albert. The singer has sold 8 million CDs and has become at the top of the Arab singers’ list, according to the Algerian daily al-Khabar.
After his most recent concert performed with the British singer, Sting, the Rai prince took the plane to Monaco to witness his hits and the results of his professional career, which he started in 1986.
