Prominent Egyptian actress Najla Fathi was recently forced to go to the police station in order to file a complaint against her next door neighbor. The actress accused her neighbor, who is a doctor, of deliberately parking his car right behind hers making it impossible for her to move.
Najla stressed that he acts this way only to cause her discomfort and would not stop when she had requested him to several times. Najla noted that she does not usually file complaints about her neighbors, but the doctor’s actions gave her no other alternative, reported the London based weekly, Laha.
Recently, scenarist Mohammad Al Basousi was successful in finally convincing the legendary actress, also known as the star of the Arab screen, to return to the acting world by taking part in the upcoming television drama series “Al Mala’ika Yahboon Aidan” (Angels Love Too). The scenarist had waited until Najla regained her health once more.
In the series, Najla will play the role of a surgeon at a children’s hospital, who is very devoted to her work. Throughout the course of events, her devotion causes her to fall into many obstacles due to other’s lack of loyalty to their professions.
