Clearly Nancy Ajram is more popular than her concert organizers realized when she played the Casino Lebanon on the second day of Eid. Managers expected a low turn out, what with the security situation in Lebanon but as it turned out: Nancy’s fans were willing to brave the stray Syrian bullets and potential kidnappings to watch the Lebanese superstar.
In fact, audience members well exceeded the Casino’s expectations. But it wasn’t all Nancy working the charm. The queen of nips and tucks duetted with legendary crooner, Milhim Zein. The two together were unstoppable and fans from around the Arab world defied their governments’ warnings to attend the show.
