The talented Nelly Karim is a seriously well-rounded actress! Give her any role and she will perfect it.

The Egyptian beauty proved herself in her latest work, the highly successful Ramadan hit "Sijn Al Nisa'a" (Women's Prison), where she played the role of a prison guard, and man did she play it well!

Nelly also graced our TV screens in MBC's "Saraya Abdeen," another huge Ramadan 2014 hit.

Recently, Nelly told TV host Wafaa al Kilani on the talk show "Al Hukum" (The Judgment), that something people didn't know about her before taking on the role of a prison guard was that she posseses a very strong character off screen too.

Now, Nelly is taking on a new challenging role as the late Egyptian belly dancer Samia Gamal. The drama will depict the actress and dancer's life. She was famous for her many roles during the Golden era of Egyptian cinema.

Nelly had begun her career as a ballet dancer and took part in numerous dance competitions in Egypt and Russia, which is where her mother is from. She stopped her dancing career five years ago after having her first daughter Kinda. Since then she has been focusing on her acting career.

Clearly that worked out pretty well for the multi-talented starlet!
