Mustafa Shabaan has refuted comments that he is trying to mimic Nour El Sharif

Mustafa Shabaan has been accused of mimicing fellow actor Nour El Sharif, in TV drama "Al Zawajah Al Rabia" (The Fourth Wife).

Egyptian writer Mustafa Mulharam launched the attack, saying this show is just the latest example of Shabaan copying Sharif's style of performance.

Not that Shabaan is bothered! MBC.net has reported that comments like this wash over him. The star says he takes the high road by not dignifying criticism with a response.

But, it seems he couldn't resist a come-back,  letting Mulharam know that viewers of the show would clearly be able to see the difference.
