Last week, Syrian actor Qusai Khouli was denied entry into Egypt after presenting a forged Visa to the Egyptian authorities.

Khouli was quickly deported back to Dubai when no legitimate visa was presented.

Although some media outlets exaggerated the incident and even referred to Khouli's deportation as being "kicked out," he didn't open up about the incident up until now.

The heartthrob said that what happened has been blown out of proportion by the media. Khouli stressed that he was treated very kindly by the Egyptian border control, whom he explained to that he'd used the same visa to enter Egypt in the past without a problem.

He added that the matter was solved within minutes, and he had no hard feelings about having to immediately head back to Dubai since Egyptian authorities were simply following their country's rules and regulations, reported Laha magazine.

"I will be returning to Egypt very soon, once the matter has been resolved," Khouli said.

Until then, the actor is in Lebanon, where he's set to begin filming a new TV drama titled "Bint El Shahbandar" alongside fellow Syrian actress Sulafa Mimar.
