Every year since 2017, Egyptian actress Rania Youssef sew up headlines of magazines and newspapers due to the fashion choices she sports on the red carpet of Gouna Film Festival, most notably the gown she wore in the 2nd edition of the festival in 2018.
Since then, Rania has become the icon of Gouna, with critics waiting for her red carpet appearances every year.
In 2020, Youssef made less controversial fashion choices compared to previous years, but she compensated that with the most bizarre statements about fighting Coronavirus.
For day one, Al-Haj Metwalli star sported a pale pink dress by Egyptian designer Vivian Moawad with a high-thigh slit and showing some side boob.
Rania put on a black dress with an upper blazer cut and a ruffle skirt for day two by Aniye By.
Day three was the hit for the Egyptian actress dazzling in a Philipp Plein colored gown covered by stars stickers topping the previous two appearances.
Youssef couldn't help but spark controversy in the festival, but this time with her big mouth and not with her flesh revealing.
She was talking to a reporter about fighting Coronavirus.
"Weren't humans born in the jungle? Didn't they fight dinosaurs? We will fight Coronavirus and we will beat it inshallah."

Of course, Rania's video went viral on social media, prompting the star to clarify what she meant.
She tweeted the video and captioned it: "People, I meant that we are capable of fighting anything as long as we are strong. Joke you guys" adding a laughing emoji.
