Iraqi music artist Rida Abdullah just finished filming his latest video clip for the national song “Dar Al Salam” (House of Peace) that was written by Firas Habib and Kathem Al Saedi, composed by Rida himself and directed by Iraqi director Hussein Salim.

According to the London daily Elaph, the filming of the clip took place between Dubai and Syria and preparation for it took three weeks and the filming lasted for a whole week, where various religious sectors in Iraq were included in the clip to say that Iraq is for all and they all should fight for it and free it from the American occupations. The clip which lasted for 5 minutes was first aired on Al Arabyia satellite channel on “Sabah Al Arabyia” (Al Arabyia Morning). Rida was a guest on the show to talk about how the occupation has created the differences between various religious sectors in order to bring hate, instability and chaos in Iraq.

Rida wanted to bring the message that “Iraq is one” and that all should fight for the same cause.

It is needless to say that Rida Abdullah will be hosting a huge concert in northern Iraq July 16th and afterward he’ll participate in collecting donations for Iraqi nonprofit organizations to help those who are suffering or lost loved ones in the Iraq war.
