Egyptian singer Ruby has since her entry into the music world been witnessing fast success, with her popularity reaching boundless limits. The singer has proven to be smart in knowing how to obtain success in her career, but has neglected to find ways in making her academic life as successful.

Ruby, who is studying law at one of Egypt’s universities, has received a warning from the dean of her college stating that she may not attend classes and should only come during finals or request a transfer to a different university. The dean has also notified the singer that she has failed in three courses and has not yet paid her full tuition.

Recently, Ruby had created chaos on university premises for wearing a very revealing and unsuitable outfit, causing male students to follow her around and others protest against her appearance. Security guards at the university had to escort Ruby from the main entrance and gave her a harsh verbal warning stressing that such outfits are not to be worn at university and that she should respect the institution. Ruby had previously received a warning from the dean of her college for wearing cloths that are considered too hot and provocative for a university student.

The Egyptian Musicians Association has announced that it intends on taking legal actions against Ruby and is trying to find out her exact place of residence to place her under interrogation. The singer had changed her place of residence and it is stated that the only person who knows where she lives is Egyptian director Sharif Sabri, who directed her two music videos.

The association has demanded that the singer be placed under arrest and legal actions be taken against her for breaking the law and singing without obtaining a permit from the association, which is the law for any singer who wishes to practice the profession.

A Member of the Egyptian Musicians Association musician Hassan Abu Al Su’ood has publicly dropped a bombshell by announcing that Egyptian singer Ruby has attempted to enter the association under a phony alias, but was caught in time and her attempt failed. He added that they went through all the legal papers that include the names of all their members and Ruby’s name was not among them.

Hassan added that Ruby is illegally practicing the profession of singing, which demands that legal actions must be taken against her. He stressed that anyone who attempts to practice singing without being a member of the association must be prosecuted by serving a jail sentence or paying a large fine.

It was added that Ruby will undergo investigation and questioning for breaking the law and her prosecution is definite since aside from not belonging to the association, she has released two music videos, which are deemed inappropriate for television viewers. –Albawaba.com
