Was Donald Trump day-dreaming about grocery shopping when he mistook 9/11 for 7/11 in his speech on Monday?
"I watched our police and our firemen down at 7/11, down at the World Trade Center right after it came down," Trump misspoke in his speech. "I saw the greatest people I've ever seen in action."
The US Presidential candidate confused the two dates while he was giving a speech in Buffalo, New York, one day ahead of the state's primary. Obviously, every smart person on the planet interpreted his slip-up as as the convenience store "7-Eleven."
While Trump ignored his public gaffe, Lebanese-Mexican Hollywood actress Salma Hayek was not about to let it slide.
The brunette beauty tweeted about the incident on Tuesday, saying, "I am a dyslexic Mexican and English is my second language, however even I do not confuse 7/11 with 9/11. #DonaldTrump."
Seriously though, how could someone who wants to run one of the most powerful countries in the world confuse one of the most unforgettable events in U.S. history for a convenience store?
You can watch Trump get it all wrong in the clip below.
Clearly Hayek isn't a fan of Trump or his politics, as she's "voting" for Hillary Clinton in the Presidential race this year.
Last week, Hayek tweeted a picture of her with Clinton along with the hashtag "#imwithher."
