Lebanese-Mexican Hollywood starlet Salma Hayek is set to present the upcoming fifth Global Citizen Festival.

The Latina actress announced the news with a tweet on Tuesday night.

Joining Salma as hosts are Australian Hollywood actor Hugh Jackman and his wife actress Deborra-Lee, and
Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra.

Barbadian superstar Rihanna, American rapper Kendrick Lamar, American heavy metal band Metallica are set to headline the charitable event - organized by the Global Poverty Project - which "will mobilize fans to fight the world’s most extreme poverty."

Other acts making a special appearance at the 24th September event include Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, and Yusuf Islam, a.k.a. Cat Stevens, in addition to performances by Major Lazer, American R&B singer Usher, English pop singer Ellie Goulding, American actress and singer Selena Gomez, and Yandel, with more international acts still to be announced.

In order to obtain a ticket (they are all FREE) to attend the grand anti-poverty concert at Central Park in New York City, you must perform "various charitable actions such as tweeting and emailing politicians or signing petitions," reports Consequence of Sound.

If you aren't lucky enough to make it in person, you can watch the concert in the US on MSNBC or through a live stream on YouTube and iHeartRadio.
