Tamer Hosny says performing in Palestine would be a dream come true

After rumors began spreading that the reason Egyptian superstar Tamer Hosny refused to hold a live concert in Palestine was that he could not reach an agreement on the organizers on wage, the singer immediately denied reports.

According to the Middle East news portal Elaph, Tamer Facebooked a short statement, saying, "To clarify news reports in Al Watan Newspaper stating that I refused to hold a concert in Palestine because of financial reasons, I say that I was never offered to hold any performance in the occupied lands, and it would be an honor and a dream come true for me to hold a concert in Palestine and sing for Palestinians, because everyone knows how much I love the Palestinian people. No one has the right to interfere in the bond I have with the Palestinian people and beg of those creating these lies to validate what they write. Tamer Hosni".

Tamer's statement received mixed reviews from the masses, with many considering his denial of the rumor as a positive thing, and others ridculing him for it.
