The spokesperson for the production company ‘Mazika Alam El Fan’, Ali Abd Al Fatah, has publicly announced that Egyptian singer Tamer Husni did not renew his contract with the company, which recently ended. Ali added that Tamer has not yet decided if he will leave the company for good or not.

Tamer had made the decision not to renew the contract for the mere fact that he wants to try producing for on his own.  Tamer has been waiting for such a chance for some time and became very persuaded to produce after close friends convinced him that it would be a step up in his career.

Friends had told Tamer that when he produces for himself he will benefit more financially and will be the decision maker of where and when to sing. In addition to the fact that he will be getting all the credit for his work and will not be forced to share it with someone else.

According to the London based Elaph, Tamer’s last album with ‘Mazika Alam El Fan’ was “Ili Jay Ahla” (What is to come is better), that was released a few months ago. It was said that the company had previously promised Tamer that it will produce a documentary about his life and career, but the project never saw the light for unknown reasons.
