ALBAWABA - Renowned Egyptian singer Ahmed Saad was recently involved in a horrific car accident ahead of his concert in Ain Sokhna, sustaining multiple injuries after colliding with another vehicle.
Saad was immediately transferred to a hospital, accompanied by his brother Amr, after his car's brakes suddenly failed, causing it to overturn four times. The Egyptian star sustained multiple injuries, including bruises all over his body and fractures in two vertebrae in his spine.

His brother, Amr Saad, took to Facebook and wrote, "Sorry to all colleagues and media professionals for the difficulty in communicating at the moment, and thank you for the great interest. Ahmed Saad, God willing, will be fine after being involved in a severe traffic accident. God's will prevails, and what He wills comes to pass. Please keep us in your prayers."
The accident occurred following the singer's performance in Cairo, early Saturday. Images and videos of the aftermath flooded social media with concerned fans taking to the comments sections to wish Ahmed Saad a speedy recovery.
For her part, Ahmed Saad's wife, Alia Bassiouni, claimed that the singer was driving normally without speeding when the accident occurred.
According to several sources, Saad's condition is stable and is expected to be discharged from the hospital as soon as possible.
