The situation escalated further when Mohamed Ramadan stopped singing upon noticing an elderly woman among the audience. He asked people and security to assist her before resuming his performance.

The Egyptian Ministry of Interior clarified the truth behind videos and posts circulating on social media that two young women were harassed during a concert by Mohamed Ramadan, asserting that the circulated account does not reflect what actually happened.
The ministry explained that on August 15th, the El Alamein Police Station received a report from a female university student and her sister, residents of Giza Governorate, regarding news and videos circulating on social media alleging they were harassed at a concert in a tourist resort within the station's jurisdiction.
According to the Ministry's statement, the two women confirmed that the published information contained false details and was defamatory. They explained that what happened at the concert was due to overcrowding among attendees, not harassment by anyone.
The Ministry added that the necessary legal measures have been taken regarding the incident.
