She used to be on the other side of the judging bench as a nervous contestant on "Arab Idol", but now Parwas Hussein is the judge herself. The talented singer from Iraqi Kurdistan never won season two of the talent show, but she recently popped back into public eye through her participation in the Ninth International Conference for Dream Car for Children that is sponsored by the Japanese car manufacture Toyota in Kurdistan Irbil in Iraq.
According to Bisara7a.com, Birwas is the first contestant from a talent show to take part in a judging committee and appeared in photos from the event surrounded by children that took part in the competition.
Birwas has proved to have a true singing talent after her most recent music video that was released several weeks ago for the song "Kul Jadeed" (Everything New) achieved more than 300 thousand views on YouTube. The clip for the song was filmed in Turkey and the Kurdish lyrics of the song were written by Kurdish song poet Shihab Zankana and the Arab lyrics by poet Kareem Al Iraqi. The song is composed by Birwas's husband artist Kuran Saleh.
