Nabeel Shuail is in hospital... visiting a friend that is!
The Kuwaiti singer paid a visit to one of his close buddies, composer Abdullah al Qu'ood, who's on bed rest after undergoing surgery this month.
Nabeel posted a snapshot with his ailing friend, who looks like he's well on his way to recovery.
