Doha gets some celebrity power on November 7 as Oscar-winning actor Robert De Niro and superstar chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa are set to host a dinner party at the Four Seasons Hotel, reports Gulf News.

For only Dh1,500, you can enjoy live performances by the renowned Japanese Taiko drum performers and DJ Soma, in addition to Nobu's acclaimed food and starry atmosphere.

De Niro has been a restaurateur for over twenty years. With chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa and former Hollywood producer Meir Teper, De Niro owns more than 30 Nobu restaurants around the world, from Manila to Los Angeles.

Nobu Doha is the largest Nobu restaurant and the second in the Middle East after Dubai.

The notoriously-secretive actor also co-owns the Columbus Café in Manhattan with Mikhail Baryshnikov, as well as Tribeca Enterprises, the global film company behind the Tribeca Film Festival.

Dinner starts at 7pm. Dress code is formal. To reserve a table, call 0974-44948600 or email dining.doh@fourseasons.com
