Ground was recently broken at The Dunes and The Apricot, worth a combined Dh360 million, at Silicon Oasis in Dubai- the two debut developments of Maximus Group.
The Dunes and The Apricot are due for completion and handover in the first quarter of 2008, according to Gulf News. Larsen & Toubro, India's largest contractors, are expected to build the project.
"Maximus is committed to carrying out real estate development in the UAE and the group has plans to roll out projects with an estimated value of Dh1 billion," read a company statment.
"The Dunes offers superb high specification apartments with balconies, terraces and gardens and other leisure facilities. On the other hand, The Apricot offers premium open office spaces of the highest specification, making the working environment more relaxing".
"Their confidence in their projects and timely completion also reflects in group policy of not selling any units until construction starts on site," the statement added.
