LG AC Academy responds to Palestinian market needs by concluding “Inverter RAC” training

In keeping with its aims to keep its team updated with the latest industry trends and practices, and in response to growing demands within Palestinian air conditioning markets, the LG Electronics Air Contenting Academy in Amman, recently administered the “LGE Inverter RAC”  3-day training course.

Held between the time periods of April 10^th and April 12^th 2011, this course was attended by 22 company distributors and dealers stationed in Palestine.

Throughout the training period, attendees were introduced to the size of business growth LGE had witnessed in the region’s split unit sector, and a special focus placed on the size of business growth witnessed in Palestine in particular. Attendees were also introduced to the inverter technology’s distinctive features including: its high levels of efficacy, its ability to save up to 44% consumed power, and its use of R410a ozone Friendly Refrigerant quality.

Commenting on the course’s proceedings, Director of the LG AC Academy, Eng. Hussam Ebbini said, “The Palestinian market lacks professionals who are knowledgeable about inverter technology. This is why we have conducted this training for this segment’s benefit. At LGE, we feel that it is our role to support our dealers and distributors, and we fulfill this role by ensuring that their teams have the right skills they need to sell, install, and maintain our inverter technology operating units.”

The last 3 years have witnessed a continued upward growth in inverter split business sales volumes. And, in the year 2011 alone, consumption rates have increased by 30%. This growth is attributed to the consumer’s increased demand for efficiency and quality.

“Today’s consumer demands quality products that not only offer optimal cooling levels but that also are deemed ozone friendly and energy efficient as well, and these are the attributes that make LGE’s inverter air conditioning technology standout. This is the message that our team in Palestine should be able to get across to our customer base and this course helps them effectively relay this message to customers, by filling in gaps they may have in knowledge and skills pertaining to our lineup”, Ebbini explained.

It is worth mentioning that the LG AC Academy has achieved massive success during its short period of operation. The Academy has actively trained over 500 individuals from diverse sectors including students, engineers, contractors and consultants from Jordan and the Middle East. It is proud of what it has achieved to date, but it still feels that the sky is the limit as to where it strives to go.
