ALBAWABA In the tumultuous landscape of Palestine, where the innocence of childhood often collides with the harsh realities of conflict and occupation, the significance of Palestinian Child's Day is deeply poignant.

It is a day that serves as a reminder of the struggles and hardships endured by Palestinian children.

In the heart of Palestine, amidst the challenges of conflict and occupation, there exists a day that shines as a beacon of hope and resilience – Palestinian Child's Day.

This annual observance, held on April 5th, is a poignant reminder of the struggles and aspirations of Palestinian children, as well as a call to action to safeguard their rights and well-being.

Palestinian Child's Day holds deep significance in a region where childhood is often marred by violence, displacement, and systemic injustices.

It is a day to honor the resilience, courage, and unwavering spirit of Palestinian children who, despite facing adversity, continue to dream, learn, and hope for a better future.

Rabbana afrigh ‘alayhim sabran wa thabbit aqdaamahum wansurhum ‘ala al-qawm al-kafireen
Our Lord! Shower them with perseverance, make their steps firm, and give them victory over the disbelieving people.

Rabbana aatihim fid-dunya hasanatan wa fil-akhirati hasanatan waqihim ‘adhaab an-nar
Our Lord! Grant them the good of this world and the Hereafter, and protect them from the torment of the Fire.

Allahumma ustur ‘awraatihim wa-aamin raw’aatihim wahfadhhum min bayni aydeehim wa min khalfihim wa ‘an aymaanihim wa ‘an shamaa’ilihim wa min fawqihim
O Allah, conceal their faults, calm their fears, and protect them from before them and behind them, from their right and from their left, and from above them.

Allahumma aslih Ummata Muhammad. Allahumma farrij ‘an Ummati Muhammad. AllahummaRham Ummata Muhammad [sallAllahu alayhi wasalam]

“O Allah, help and protect the people of Palestine. O Allah, ease their pain and suffering. O Allah help those who are in need. O Allah, fortify their hearts and calm them like you granted Yusuf’s heart peace in the well. O Allah, Bestower of Mercy, bestow Your mercy on them. O Allah, You are the Giver of victory, O Al-Fattah, You are the Opener of doors, please grant them freedom and victory.”

  • “O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the injustice of rulers and from the evil of the One who exercises power.”

Allahumma inni a’udhu bika min dhulmil-mulk, wa min sharri al-qahhar.
