New restaurant manager for Certo Italian Restaurant at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City

Mr. Michele Lorusso, an Italian national, has recently been appointed as restaurant manager of Certo Italian Restaurant at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City. He is a newcomer to Dubai but a connoisseur when it comes to Italian cuisine. 

Lorusso has worked in hotels in Italy, the United Kingdom and the US and joins the team from his latest post as Restaurant Manager in Southfield. 

Pasquale Baiguera, General Manager of the Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City says “With his 20 years of experience in the food & beverage industry, Michele will be a great addition to the Certo team. He will be implementing new dining concepts and also continue keeping the service standard on a high level.”
