”kol youm malion” viewers share sr one million prize

"Rotana Mousica" continues to air "Kol Youm Malion", the biggest educational competition on Arabic TV during Ramadan, in which one of the 100 participants in each episode has a chance to win SR 1 Million Riyals

In the eighth episode, hosted by Barakat Al-Wuqyan, the winner of the SR 1 Million prize, was the Kuwaiti participant Ali Al-Anezy, and the computer randomly chose ten Arab viewers to accompany him on his last step towards victory, sharing between them half the value of the Grand Prize that he won, each lucky viewer receiving SR 50,000.

26 years old Alaa Yassin from Jordan was watching the episode and was surprised to see his name among the group that was selected to take part in the final stage. "I jumped with when I saw my name on the screen and could not believe it when our group won." Alaa will use his winnings to pay off some of his debts and help him to complete his university studies in Human Resources Management.

Another winner, Naif Faihan of Madinah Al-Monawarah in Saudi Arabia, who is 40 years old, was not watching episode eight because he was away from home, but a number of his friends contacted him to tell him about his good fortune. For 27 years old Thaka'a Abdul Rahim, who lives in Damascus, Syria, the excitement mounted while she cheered on Ali Al-Anezy to win the SR I Million prize and she is still living in a cloud of joy over her good luck.

Sharing the family name of big winner and also from Kuwait, Mohamed Al-Anezy, aged 45 years, said of his SR 50,000 win, "I have a several obligations that I must fulfill, but I am definitely going to find a way to invest a large part the money."


25 years old Adnan Al-Mesbahy from Yemen, who works in economics, will share part of his win with his father and contribute another part to the establishment of a telephone communications center in his country.

Hnashi Fattom, 28 years old, who works in the field of analytical chemistry, said "I really expected Ali Al-Anezy to win because of his high intelligence and I think he really earned the well-deserved prize. I have decided to buy a car with my share of the winnings."

The grand prize for episode eight of "Kol Youm Malion" was also shared with Wael Sharwan of Baghdad, a 24 years old university undergraduate studying computer science. He has decided to invest the amount in starting up a small project specializing in Internet and or computer design.

The distinguishing feature and main attraction of "Kol Youm Malion" is that it involves Arab viewers inside their homes, giving hundreds of them the opportunity to participate in the program by answering some of the questions, and win prizes ranging from SR 5,000 to SR 50,000.
