ALBAWABA - The Syrian Observatory said that 23 army soldiers were killed in an ISIS attack on a military bus in eastern Syria.
Sky News reporters added that Russian forces have arrived to the scene where an ISIS attack targeted a bus of Syrian soldiers killing dozens in the countryside of Deir Ezzor.
