More than 300 Arab and foreign experts will participate in a three-day conference on child abuse to be held in Manama in October, reported the Gulf daily Tuesday.
Participants will discuss the phenomena, its effects, causes, solutions and ways of preventing it in the Arab world.
The conference, “Child Protection from Abuse and Neglect through Protecting the Family and Enforcing Legislation,” is organized by Bahraini Society for Child Development, said the Daily – Albawaba.com
