Iran's president-elect, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in Tehran Sunday said that Iran-EU3 nuclear talks are currently underway by Foreign Ministry officials and underlined that they will continue based on national interest and confidence building measures, IRNA reported.
Addressing reporters, the former mayor of Tehran said that Iran-German relations in economic, cultural and political fields should be based on mutual understanding.
