Air India has recently announced Dubai-New Delhi attractive fare reductions, responding to Indian Airlines' introductory fares of Dh500 (one-way) and Dh1,000 (return).
Khaleej Times reported that Air India's fares, which until recently were Dh780 (one-way) and Dh1,300 (roundtrip), have been decreased to Dh550 (one-way) and Dh1,000 (return) with immediate effect.
Indian Airlines, which started a daily scheduled service on the Dubai-Delhi-Jaipur route as of February 12, stated that the special fares are for sale and travel by March 31.
Air India, which is retaliating to the current new competition, has five outbound Dubai-Delhi and three inbound Delhi-Dubai flights per week. (Albawaba.com)
