Titled as ‘The Essential Skills for Today’s Managers’ the training programme was attended by 13 delegates from the property.
Each of the three days was dedicated to one vital aspect of management. The first day explored Management Concepts, under three categories: “Management, Leadership and Leaders and Strategy”, while the second day was dedicated to the topic “Developing Self and People Management Skills” and the final day was devoted to “Getting, Keeping and Developing the Right People”. The training programme proved to be an effective refresher course for the delegates who expressed keen enthusiasm to regularly participate in more such courses.
