Lebanese mega-star singer Ala Zalzaly has started a collaboration with various Algerian composers for his new upcoming album.

According to ‘Al Ittihad’ newspaper, the singer met with the musicians and asked them to come up with an array of songs that are laced with an Algerian style of music.

The new songs will be included in his newest album, which is comprised of 10 singles, and scheduled to be released within the next few weeks, said the UAE based daily.

Meanwhile, the Lebanese singer has just returned to his homeland after a series of concerts in Algeria, during which he participated in a festival with various other Arab stars.

According to ‘Al Ittihad,’ the festival was both organized and promoted by the Algerian ministry of culture – Albawaba.com.
