Pursuant to the decision of the Ministry of Telecommunications dated- August 14, Alfa, the first Lebanese mobile operator managed by Orascom Telecom, has announced tariff reductions on outgoing SMS and voice calls prepaid services during off-peak hours, starting September 1, 2010.
The reductions, to be applied only on prepaid lines, are as follows:
A 20% tariff reduction between 10 pm to 12 am.
A 40% tariff reduction between midnight to 8 am.
