ALFalak cited for service excellence by prestigious international organisations
Middle East's leading technology-based solutions provider honoured with distinguished awards by Aruba, HP and Alcatel-Lucent
ALFalak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Co, a leading provider of technology-based solutions to the Middle East, has announced that it has recently received a string of prestigious awards from world-renowned international organisations in recognition of ALFalak's high-quality service standards. ALFalak received the Aruba Award in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from Aruba Wireless Networks (Aruba), the Platinum Award during the HP Supplies Loyalty Programme – Despec Mera Award and the 2008 Best Performer Award from Alcatel-Lucent.
The Aruba Award distinguished ALFalak as Aruba's fastest-growing partner in Saudi Arabia, a leading vendor of enterprise-class mobility and security systems; while the Platinum Award recognised ALFalak for registering the best performance during the specially designated period of the Loyalty Program for HP supplies from September to December 2008. ALFalak FSSC division sales employees Hazem Darkazanli and Amro Zarroug received the 2008 Best Performer Award from Alcatel-Lucent, making ALFalak the only company from the Middle East to receive such distinction.

ALFalak was credited for its excellence in handling Aruba's two major accounts in Saudi, which are Aramco and Royal Commission of Jubail. ALFalak has also worked with Aruba in other key projects in the Kingdom in 2008 such as PETRORabigh, Khurais Project with Sirti, and Shaybah's Project NESIC. Furthermore, ALFalak, whose portfolio of Aruba products and solutions currently includes Indoor & Outdoor Thin Access Points and Controllers as well as Thin Bridges and Mesh Topology, has revealed that it plans to expand its partnership with Aruba to cover the entire Gulf region.
ALFalak has also received a brand new Mitsubishi Lancer as a prize for the Platinum Award. The car has been registered in ALFalak's name and will be used by MST Dubai. For the 2008 Best Performer Award from Alcatel-Lucent, ALFalak was among mostly European companies that were honoured in a special ceremony in Miami, Florida, USA.
