According to the monthly classification that was announced last week by FIFA, Algeria preserves its 75th place. Liberte Algeria reports that Algeria was on the 75th place also last January and it could still keep its place although the Algerian team lost four games since January.
World classification is led by Brazil followed by France and Argentina. In the African Group standings, Algeria occupies the 14th place while Nigeria (world ranking 23) heads the African Group. Nigeria is followed by Cameroon and Egypt. Liberte Algeria also notes that the next world classification will be announced by FIFA on April 20.
