Seven Algerians of the same family were killed with “picks” on Monday night by a “terrorist group,” according to El Khabar daily.
Only the father and one daughter managed to escaped while the attackers escaped after the massacre, in which the rest of the family members, aged between 7 and 66, joined more than 100,000 of their compatriots who lost their lives in the civil war since 1992.
Meanwhile, a 16-year-old person was murdered in a separate incident at the hands of suspected Islamist militants in the forest of Htatba, in Topaza, 70 km to the west of Algiers.
In the same context, a group of militants on Sunday night raided a hospital in Azazga, in the Kabylie area and took up all the medicines and surgery tools available, said the paper – Albawaba.com
