An Algerian navy unit is scheduled to partake next July 3 in international maneuvers organised by the British Royal Navy off the coast of Portsmouth to celebrate the bicentenary of the Trafalgar battle between the English navy, on the one hand, and the French and Spanish ones, on the other hand, the Algerian news agency reported.

For this purpose, Algerian missile-launcher corvette "El-Kirch 353" left Algiers Saturday after having been inspected by navy commander, General Mohand Tahar Yala, the agency added.
