Leading expatriate magazine, Nexus, has voted Anglo Irish Bank Corporation (I.O.M.) P.L.C. winner in five out of five international deposit taking categories in its 2006 Best Banks for Expats Awards.
The Nexus Awards are based on the number of times a savings account appeared in the magazine’s monthly ‘Best Buy’ tables during 2005. “Best Buy” accounts are those which offer the highest interest rate available at the time in the different categories of account. Success in the Nexus awards confirms that Anglo Irish Bank has consistently offered the best interest rates during 2005.

• Best Sterling Notice Account
• Best US Dollar Account
• Best Euro Account

Currently, Anglo’s Privilege Instant Access Account offers 4.50%, and its Privilege 90-day Notice Account offers 4.85%, on sterling balances of £5,000 and above. Anglo’s 7-day US Dollar Account offers 4.40% and its 90-day US Account offers 4.65% on balances of $5,000 and above.
