Batelco would like to inform customers that its network engineers will carry out work to upgrade the Internet network infrastructure on Saturday, 13th January, 2007, starting from 12am and lasting for approximately 14 hours.
Batelco apologises for any inconvenience caused to Internet customers during the upgrade which may cause some service speed degradation.
“The Internet upgrade is taking place as part of Batelco’s continuous efforts to keep its network on a par with the highest international standards and meet the growing demand for enhanced Internet services,” said Batelco Corporate Affairs General Manager Ahmed Al Janahi.
Batelco would like to thank customers for their cooperation and understanding during the upgrade activities.
