Abu Dhabi Investment House (ADIH) announced that its new project in Qatar, “Tarfeeh City”, will be presented at “Qatar Property Investment Forum” taking place in Doha 26 - 27 November, at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. “Tarfeeh City”, managed by Qatar Entertainment City is a multi-billion dollar project in Qatar’s new Lusail development.
The two-day Forum, organized by World Trade Center Qatar, will discuss and present insights of the latest Real Estate trends in financial strategies, investment opportunities and upcoming hotspots in emerging real estate markets within the Gulf region in general and Qatar in particular
Mr. Rashad Janahi, CEO ADIH and Chairman of Tarfeeh City, stressed the importance of Qatar as one of the most promising real estate markets in the region and the essential role conferences such as the Qatar Property Investment Forum play in increasing investors’ awareness of these markets. “We are here to present and introduce Tarfeeh City to the market, as the ultimate destination and project that will have high returns to both investors and developers” commented Mr. Janahi.
Mr. Janahi will be giving a keynote speech during the Forum presenting the Tarfeeh City concept. He added: ‘I hope the presentation will help shed enough light on the project to intrigue potential developers. The presentation will provide information on the project – on macro and micro levels ’
