Arab League's Secretary General Amr Mousa left Cairo Tuesday for Detroit on a visit to the US.
Prior to his departure, Mousa said he will participate in Detroit in a ceremony due to be organized on the occasion of the opening of the first Arab-American Museum on Thursday.
In Detroit, Mousa will also meet members of the Arab community to discuss with them issues of mutual interest.
