Syria's President Bashar al-Assad on Saturday inaugurated the first phase of the fourth project of drawing water of The River Euphrates to the Syrian northern city of Aleppo.
Upon his arrival to the site of inauguration, President Assad was received by Prime Minister Mohammad Naji Otteri, Minister of Housing and Construction, Aleppo Governor and the General Manager of the General Company for Water and Sanitary system in Aleppo, SANA reported.
