Bahrain has extended its visa entry on arrival for 11 more countries, listing up Portugal, Greece, Brunei, Malaysia, Monaco, Vatican, Iceland, San Marino, Andorra, Liechtenstein and Singapore, on its welcome list.
The Interior Minister, Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, issued a ministerial decree allowing visas on arrival to those countries against a fee of BD5 for two-week stay in Bahrain, said Bahrain Tribune.
The decree stated that the visa is renewable for another two weeks against a fee of BD5.
In addition to the passport the applicant will have to have a non-endorsable return ticket.
According to the paper, Bahrain already grants visas upon arrival to citizens from Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Holland, Britain, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Finland, Austria, Denmark, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the US, Japan and Hong Kong – Albawaba.com
