Batelco, Bahrain’s leading mobile operator, has added SMART Communication Philippines to the continually growing two-way mobile prepaid (SimSim) roaming list of destinations.

Batelco SimSim, SimSim Shabab and SimSim International customers can now receive and make local and international calls to Bahrain while roaming in the Philippines.

The new addition brings Batelco’s total number of commercial roaming agreements with operators worldwide to 309 and Batelco continues with its efforts to add more destinations within the GCC and other regions.

“Batelco will continue to expand its global reach to enable SimSim customers to benefit from full roaming services while travelling in any country worldwide,” noted Batelco Corporate Affairs General Manager Ahmed Al Janahi.
