The unique residential Beirut Village project won the fascination of many visitors, particularly Arabs and foreigners, which was showcased at the Cityscape 2005-the 4th international commercial architecture, property design and development show in the Middle East.

The stand of the Emirati and Lebanese real estate company Beirut Trade, present for the first time in Cityscape 2005, received a significant amount of visitors who were captivated by the latest and last chef-d’oeuvre of the famous international architect Giancarlo De Carlo.

In light of the great interest that Beirut Village received, Beirut Trade shareholder Mr. Tayeb Baker said that “the concept of Beirut Village, its uniqueness, location, high standard material and architectural features all played a part in winning the attention of international investors seeking excellence.”

Baker added that “showcasing Beirut Village at Cityscape 2005 under the wing of SOLIDERE has greatly promoted the project, meeting our expectations.”

Cityscape 2005 was held at Dubai International Exhibition Centre on September 17-19, 2005 on a 10,000 square meters area.

Beirut Village is the first residential project combining tradition and innovation, a typical Lebanese village at the heart of Beirut city.  Beirut Village, owned by Beirut Trade, epitomizes a harmonious style and modern technology, with autonomous architectural features endowing each apartment with a unique and personalized character. Only Giancarlo De Carlo was able to achieve such a comprehensive masterpiece.

Beirut Village is conveniently located at Wadi Abu Jmil area, in an elegant and pleasing residential environment dominated by an aristocratic and bourgeois spirit. The project’s floor space covers 27,274 square meters on an 8,530 square meters plot. With a view facing the 2,500 square meters Alliance Garden, two residential resorts are set around several private pools and gardens.
