Since the withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan in February 2020 and the Taliban takeover, tensions between Afghanistan and Pakistan have escalated periodically.

ALBAWABA- Clashes erupt between Afghan and Pakistani forces along the border in southeastern Afghanistan. Both countries accuse each other of harboring extremists, escalating tensions.

Since the withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan in February 2020 and the Taliban takeover, tensions between Afghanistan and Pakistan have escalated periodically.

Accusations of destabilization and incitement have been exchanged, leading to occasional clashes between fighters from both sides.
