The famous Algerian artist Brahim Izri has died. He is from a famous family and his grandfather Cheikh Belkacem was a famous flute player. He was 51 years old with two children, Yenni and Nanou. The artists died of a cancer which had already been cured once.
He produced his first album with the singer Idir. Brahim was a loyal Algerian but lived outside the country. He tried to back in the 1980s and faced many problems because of the tense political and social situation.
