BREAKING: Second blast strikes Kabul

Reuters reports that a second explosion rocked central Kabul, hours after the suicide attack that killed dozens on Tuesday.

Witnesses reported sirens and smoke, but the damage and casualties are unknown.

Earlier in the day, a Taliban suicide car bombing on a national security agency building killed at least 28 people, with hundreds wounded.
