The 800-8000 service is a dedicated helpline for Qtel’s business customers offering support around the clock and is part of Qtel’s wider strategy to deliver tailored business solutions to their customers.
The efficiency-driven team manning the helpline is able to resolve technical inquires, assist with billing issues and provide easily-accessible support as and when corporate customers need it. The move to provide a parallel free business service to Qtel’s 111 customer helpline not only ensures strong customer support for corporate clients, it also means that the standard helpline remains easily-accessible for residential customers.
