An explosion in a car in the southern Gaza Strip killed four Palestinians on Monday, Palestinian security officials said. The explosion took place near Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip, close to the border with Egypt, Palestinian sources added.
Eyewitnesses said an Israeli helicopter was observed in the area at the time of the blast. But it was not immediately clear if the explosion was as the result of
an Israeli assassination, an unintentional detonation of explosives, or another cause.
The identities of those killed was not immediately announced. In an immediate reaction, the Israeli army said it “knows nothing” about the incident in Khan Yunis. (Albawaba.com)
